Tutorials

For Brand New Users of the New Connect Portal

  1. Provide your personal email address
  2. Request a security code to be sent to your email
  3. Use the link in your email to access the CGFNS Connect Registration Page
  4. Complete all required fields in the Registration Page, indicating that you do not have a CGFNS ID / Order #
  5. Complete your new security questions and create (set) your new password
  6. Once your password is created (set) you will be able to login as a Returning User of the New Connect Portal

For Returning Users of the New Connect Portal

  1. Provide your personal email address used to create your account
  2. Provide the password that you created in the New Connect Portal
  3. Provide answers to your security questions

Please Note: If you do not remember your password you can use the “I Forgot” feature to send a security code to your personal email address, and once you have correctly answered the security question, you will be able to update your password.

For Returning Users of the Legacy Connect Portal with a personal email address

  1. Provide your personal email address used to create your account
  2. Provide your legacy password (If you do not remember your legacy password, please use the “I Forgot” feature)
  3. Provide answers to your new security questions
  4. Update to your new password
  5. Once your password is reset you will be able to login as a Returning User of the New Connect Portal

For Returning Users of the Legacy Connect Portal with a shared (agent) email address

  1. Provide your personal email address
  2. Complete a Registration page where you will provide personal information as well as your CGFNS ID # and / or any current or past order #
  3. Match to your existing account
  4. Provide answers to your new security questions
  5. Update to your new password
  6. Once your password is reset you will be able to login as a Returning User of the New Connect Portal
